We feature audio training sessions that are streamed over the internet or telephone. This gives the end user the ability to use either option to access any training sessions that we offer. If you don’t have a computer you can always access a conference by telephone. However using the computer/internet and or telephone option you get the best of both worlds. You get audio (telephone) and or internet audio/visual). This medium is designed to access the multitude of trainings that are offered through the Communication Skills Training and Development Center.

Participants receive the Assertive Communication Skills workbook athat gives step by step instructions along with many helpful self evaluations and fun exercises designed to help you tailor and develop your own personal game plan on becoming a more effective communicator.

Prerequisites
- Register at least 4 weeks in advance. Complete and return the Success Style Profile at least a 2 weeks in advance.
- Complete the workbook questionnaires and bring them to the first session. You will learn how to evaluate your own questionnaires.
- Read the 170-page workbook before attending.
